Kim has been working hands-on in the real estate for nearly 20 years. Prior to joining the team, she worked in the legal and contractual aspects of the industry alongside the Keller Williams Broker of Record who oversaw 5 offices and 1,100+ agents. Before that, she worked in commercial lending underwriting and banking, a career that spanned decades. The extensive knowledge she gained throughout her tenure allows her to be an invaluable resource to the team and her clients. The true heart of Kim’s business are her buyers and sellers. She loves the connections and relationships that real estate builds and works tirelessly to help every client accomplish their real estate goals. She loves being able to support them at different phases in their life from buying a first home, upsizing when families grow, investing when it’s time, and downsizing when less space is needed.

Kim is a Placer County native having been born and raised in Roseville. She has seen the area grow and knows firsthand why this is a special place to call home. She has been married for over 30 years, is the proud mom of two incredible kids, and a dog mom to Penny and Pearl. Her daughter graduated from Occidental and is currently working at UC Davis. Her son graduated from NYU and worked in New York for several years. Over the last few years, Kim has showed incredible strength as she had to take on new personal challenges while still being able to help her clients close over $10 million in real estate and ranking among the top 10% of Placer County agents. Her toughness is awe-inspiring and a true testament to her character that has reinforced the empathy and care she brings to her business.
